Practice begins Dec. 9th. 2024

Practice Times:

Mondays & Tuesdays - 5:00 - 6:00 pm

Where: SCHS upstairs gym  

401 Eagle Blvd. Shelbyville, TN 37160 

What to Bring: Wrestling Shoes (Put them on after you have gotten to practice.), Water Bottle, Workout shirt and short, Sweatshirt to wear after practice to keep warm.
